The physicians of Northeast Louisiana Kidney Specialists currently own and operate two outpatient dialysis facilities in Northeast Louisiana. The first facility, Morehouse Parish Dialysis Center is located in Bastrop, Louisiana about 25 miles north of Monroe. This facility opened in September 2005 and is licensed for 20 hemodialysis stations. Morehouse Dialysis also provides services to Peritoneal Dialysis patients at the facility and is conveniently located across the street from Morehouse General Hospital in Bastrop.

The other owned facility, Richardson Dialysis, is located in Rayville, Louisiana about 20 miles east of Monroe. This facility opened in September 2005 and is licensed for 8 hemodialysis stations. Richardson Dialysis is conveniently located next to Richardson Medical Center in Rayville. In addition to these two dialysis facilities, the physicians of Northeast Louisiana Kidney Specialists provide medical services to dialysis patients in 10 other outpatient dialysis facilities scattered across Northeast Louisiana.
