Dr. Michael W. Archie

Dr. Michael W. Archie received his Medical Degree at the University of Texas Health Center in San Antonio, Texas, and did his residency at Tulane University Affiliated Hospitals in New Orleans. He also did a residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Nephrology at Tulane. Additionally, he did a research fellowship in transplant immunology with the New Orleans-based medical complex and successfully completed training in the field of Interventional Nephrology Baton Rouge, LA.

Dr. Archie is board certified in Internal Medicine and board eligible in Nephrology.

He is a founding member of the International Society of Peritoneoscopists and a member of the American Society of Hypertension, Southern Association of Primary Care, the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology, Board of the Sickle Cell Anemia Foundation, the Louisiana State Medical Society, Ouachita Parish Medical Society, American Society of Transplant Physicians, International Society for Hypertension in Blacks, American Society of Nephrology, International Society of Nephrology, National Kidney Foundation, Southern Medical Association, the American College of Physicians, Musser Burch Society and the Physician and Surgeons Hospital Infection Control Committee.

Dr. Michael R. Hand  

Dr. Michael R. Hand received his medical degree at the Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans where he also did a residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Nephrology. Also, he successfully completed training in the field of Interventional Nephrology in Baton Rouge, LA.

Dr. Hand is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Nephrology.

He is a member of the Louisiana State Medical Society, the Ouachita Parish Medical Society and the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology.

   
Dr. Richard M. O’Donovan  

Dr. Richard M. O’Donovan received his medical degree from the University College Medical Faculty in Cork, Ireland. He interned in general surgery and general medicine at the Bon Secours Hospital in Cork and did a fellowship in Nephrology at the University of Rochester, Rochester, New York. Also, he successfully completed training in the field of Interventional Nephrology in Baton Rouge, LA.

Dr. O’Donovan is board certified both in Internal Medicine and Nephrology.

He is a member of the American Heart Association, International Society of Nephrology, National Kidney Foundation, Renal Physicians Association, Louisiana Renal Physicians Association, American Society of Transplant Physicians, Ouachita Parish Medical Society, Louisiana State Medical Society, Royal College of Physicians (UK) and the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology.

Dr. O’Donovan is licensed to practice medicine in Louisiana (US), Ireland and UK.

   
Dr. Herschel R. Harter  

Dr. Herschel R. Harter received his medical degree from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. and interned at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. He did a medical residency at Barnes Hospital and a fellowship in Nephrology at the Washington University School of Medicine at St. Louis.

Dr. Harter is board certified both in Internal Medicine and Nephrology.

He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and a member of the American Federation for Clinical Research, American Society of Nephrology, American Society for Artificial Internal Organs, American Society of Internal Medicine, American Medical Society, International Society of Nephrology, New York Academy of Sciences and Sigma Xi, Ouachita Parish Medical Society and the Louisiana State Medical Society.
